Business Support Services

• Implementation of Lean Manufacturing in leather goods manufacturing units
• Implementation of Total Quality Management through formation of Quality Circles in the Customer Care Centres of West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited
• Conducting 5S and Kaizen workshops in leather goods manufacturing units

Assessment Study

• Conducted gap analysis study to understand the practical utilization and scope of utilization of QTT / QMS in industry clusters also conduct GAS in schools in east and north east region for accreditation of schools by NABET
• Assessment study on lean manufacturing competitiveness on MSME clusters
• Support to QCI for developing 50 parameter checklist for assessment of Government buildings and monuments in a 5 point scale

• On behalf of QCI provided training on QMS/QTT (project of MSME) to about 235 teachers of ITI in 10 batches
• On behalf on National Board for Quality Promotion (NBQP), Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) and Council of Leather Exports provided trainings on QTT/QMS,  5S, Kaizen and productivity to more than 500 professionals, owners and decision makers of SMEs in eastern and north eastern region
• Designed a course on QTT for the senior executives and organized the course for the group of chairman to GM in government organization conducted training programme on 5S & KAIZEN for top management executives of Bharat Bhari Udyog Nigam Limited,
• Registered course provider for approved courses of QCL
• Designed, conducted training programme on TQM and provided facilitation for implementation of TQM through formation of quality circles in customer care centers of WBSEDCL
• Designed and conducted training programme on quality assurance for zero defects and self management skills for station mangers of WBSEDCL

• BAG is an Accredited School Consultant Organization of NABET
• Representing QCI in eastern and north eastern region and negotiating with the education departments of the states for adoption of the government owned and aided schools     accreditation policy by the state government
• Rendering consultancy for capacity building of the state of Bihar and Sikkim and providing consultancy for accreditation of 20 schools in each state
• BkTPP Probir Sengupta Vidyalaya, a PSU school under WBPDCL

• Is empaneled by CBSE as their agency for conducting training both residential & non-residential
• "Effective School Management and Leadership” programme specially designed for the Principals of CBSE schools

6. Market Research & Study

• Conducted customer satisfaction survey for Bharat Bhari Udyog Nigam Limited and its associate companies; viz, Braithwaite Company Limited, Burn Standard Limited
• Conducting regularly various studies of small, medium and large scale industries
• We have collaboration with a Japan based market research organization and we conduct market research and studies for most of the Japanese companies in India regularly
• Social impact assessment studies on Tata Motor Limited small car project at Singur, Dist. Hugli, West Bengal 
• Hindustan Latex Limited
